Getting image name from metadata to ExportToSpreadsheet

Hi,

I’m trying to retrieve the file name of each image (and not only image number) to be shown in a column in my csv that i get from ExportToSpreadsheet.

I used to be able to do this until I started using the NamesAndTypes module and now I only get NaN in the file name column.

All I need is to be able to have the image name and not only the image number - can someone please advise me on how to do this?

Attached is my pipeline, 2 image sets as an example and a screenshot from my csv file filled with NaN instead of file names.

Thanks in advance,
Shimmy

pipeline:
gridIntensity.cpproj (216.8 KB)

first set of images:
C1-MAX_WT 5 slc38a1 myoc mfge8 dapi 40x.tif (12.0 MB) C2-MAX_WT 5 slc38a1 myoc mfge8 dapi 40x.tif (12.0 MB) C3-MAX_WT 5 slc38a1 myoc mfge8 dapi 40x.tif (12.0 MB) C4-MAX_WT 5 slc38a1 myoc mfge8 dapi 40x.tif (12.0 MB)

second set of images:
C1-MAX_WT 5 slc38a1 myoc mfge8 dapi 40x-2.tif (12.0 MB) C2-MAX_WT 5 slc38a1 myoc mfge8 dapi 40x-2.tif (12.0 MB) C3-MAX_WT 5 slc38a1 myoc mfge8 dapi 40x-2.tif (12.0 MB) C4-MAX_WT 5 slc38a1 myoc mfge8 dapi 40x-2.tif (12.0 MB)

Dear Shimmyb,

In your pipeline, the regular expression that you have used to extract metadata was incorrect. I have edited the expression, now its giving the file name. Please find the edited pipeline and a sample csv file here.
Hope this helps.
