I’m using the GDSC-SMLM plugins to trace ‘fixed’ blinking molecules over time.
I’d like to know if somebody had a convenient way to look at the output of the trace molecules plugint (i.e. tracks of detected spots) ?
I was thinking to use trackscheme to vizualise this output - and potentially correct it (but there may be too much) ?
1 - Is this a good idea ?
2 - Has somebody already done that ?
3 - Do you have an alternative ?
