Fixing pixel size for an entire project rather than each individual image

Hi all,

I am working with over 800 images in a project, and they all have the wrong pixel size. I have already gone and set some images’ pixel sizes and have completed work, so I cannot delete and restart the project from the beginning to fix it that way. I was wondering how one could batch fix the pixel size for a project without having to manually set it in each image.

QuPath batch pixel size

Hi, In QuPath I’m loading TIFFs that are devoid of metadata but were all imaged with the same microscope/mag./camera. Is there a way to set the same pixel size for the entire batch? Thanks! -Esteban
