Filtering tracks based on number of spots in a track in TrackMate

Hi

Is there any way to automate the process of filtering tracks based on number of spots in a track in TrackMate. Ideally I would like to keep tracks with more than 5 spots and less than 20-25 spots in a track. Right now I am manually selecting those tracks and deleting them in Trackscheme.

Yes there is!
Just after tracking, there is a panel called Filter tracks. You can add a filter by pressing the green + button, and then select the N spots ... feature.
