Fiji user interface in the background and two separate images fixed in the foreground

Dear all
Maybe you can give me a hint.
When I click on the image window in order to measure with line tool, the image disappears “behind” the Fiji Main Window. (Fiji user interface) Is there a possibility to fix the Image windows in the foreground.
I tried already Overlays, the result was a smaller image in the image.
I need Fiji user interface in the background and two separate images in the foreground.

Hi Molzeb,

you can either try Window -> Put behind or Window -> Tile

But perhaps I am misunderstanding the problem, as the image you select is automatically pulled to the foreground usually, regardless of the tool.
