FIJI issue on Mac

Hi. I have tried to download FIJI and then add in FLIM plug onto my Macbook but I keep getting this error when I try to update it.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as following all the steps outlined on the ImageJ website but have had no luck.

Kindly advise.

you may have to put your Fiji into another folder. See also thus topic:

Since I need to work from home for a while now, I just downloaded Fiji for MacOS onto my desktop but when it opens, a message appears that says: “[Warning] Your ImageJ installation cannot be updated because it is read-only.” Why do I get this message and more importantly, what do I need to do to get a fully operational version of Fiji on my computer?
