Fatal Error: Content Is Not Allowed In Prolog

Hi CP team,

I have two questions.

  1. I always get an error when I load images. “Fatal Error: Content Is Not Allowed In Prolog.”

  2. I am using one image + a stack of 3 other images. What I want to do is to identify cells only on the first image, but now the module “IdentifyPrimaryObject” keeps running for three times. I wonder if there is any way to run the identify module only once.

Attached are the CP and samples.

Thank.

This is a warning that should not affect the processing of your images. You can safely ignore it.

Unfortunately, there is no way to run the pipeline in the fashion that you are looking for. However, you could run two separate pipelines:

  • The first would identify the cells in the first image, convert the objects to a binary image (using ConvertToImage), and then save it as a mask using SaveImages.

  • The second would load the image saved by the first pipeline, and then use it on on each frame of the stack with MaskImage as you have now.
