Failure to load on Mac

Hi,

I’ve downloaded the Mac OS version of CellProfiler 2.0 but it consistently fails to run. It crashes on loading ‘CellProfiler 2.0 Error’, clicking on ‘Console’ gives the following details:

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Hi Jack,

Can you tell us what OS X version you are running?

I have the same problem. I am using a Powerbook G4 7450e. Mac OS X 10.4.11. Is the code not compiled for PowerPC Macs?

Kevin

We had recently compiled a PPC-compatible version for internal use, but had not pushed it to the website. It’s available from the download page now. However, we had not intended on supporting PowerPCs for future releases.
