Fail to import image stack to TrakEM2

Hi,

I am having problem importing the image stack with 16 images to TrakEM2 after I updated FIJI yesterday (not sure if it is correlated with the update).

It says it can’t find path and regenerate the mipmap of the first image of the stack (other images are fine and loaded). If I removed the first image, the next one would get the same issue.

What I did is, I first import the image sequences, and then open a black trakem2 file and import the stack.

The error is listed as below:

FSLoader.fetchImagePlus: no image exists for patch  z00.tif images 1 z=0.0 #8  at path /Users/rui14/Desktop/aligntk-1.0.2/examples/images/

Can't regenerate mipmaps for patch z00.tif images 1 z=0.0 #8

Cannot regenerate mipmaps for patch z00.tif images 1 z=0.0 #8

File exists for z00.tif images 1 z=0.0 #8 at /Users/rui14/Desktop/aligntk-1.0.2/examples/images
  --> not updating path.

Cannot regenerate mipmaps for patch z00.tif images 1 z=0.0 #8

Can anybody help me with this and tell me what I possibly did wrong?

Thanks,
Rui

It’s solved. I forgot to click the virtual stack option when i import the image sequence.
