"F_div_F0" macro

hello: where I can find to download the “F_div_F0” macro? Have you a method to measure intracellular Ca with a single wavelenght?

I can only really answer your first question:

The T-functions page - which has the “F_div+F0” macro - is part of the Fiji Cookbook. You can get the relevant plugins by enabling the Cookbook update site.

You can try copying/pasting it into the Script Editor - see if it runs as it should. In general - we advise folks to use Fiji
