Error when using MeasureObjectNeighbors

Dear CelProfiler team,

what does this error mean?

Traceback (most recent call last):
File “cellprofiler\gui\pipelinecontroller.pyc”, line 2777, in do_step
File “cellprofiler\modules\measureobjectneighbors.pyc”, line 432, in run
IndexError: index (975) out of range (0<=index<962) in dimension 0

I tried to measure platelet-leukocyte aggregates in tissue and wanted to count the number of platelets directly adjacent to leukocytes. Both are primary objects.

Hi Manuel,

This looks to be the same error, that we fixed awhile back, but is not in the release version yet (assuming you are using the version on our website):
github.com/CellProfiler/CellPro … ssues/1179

Would you try downloading and running our newest “trunk build” which should have the fix you need?
cellprofiler.org/cgi-bin/trunk_build.cgi
