DIB format into other image formats

i have large image dataset of DIB format which only read in imageJ with Bio-Formats,i have to convert to other format.
How to convert??
i tried using online conversions but output image is not producing full quality and offline software not reading this particular file.

Hi @maddy0238 Welcome to image.sc!

Have you seen the wiki yet? https://imagej.net/Saving_and_Exporting#Bio-Formats might be a good place to start if not.

If you’d like to do the same outside of ImageJ, please see https://docs.openmicroscopy.org/bio-formats/6.0.1/users/comlinetools/conversion.html

If you want a point-and-click solution and you’ve got a lot of images, consider CellProfiler, which is powered by BioFormats.

Just start it up, set the first 4 modules to load in your images (most likely, just drag and drop folders into the Images module).

Then add a SaveImages module and set it appropriately. Should do the trick - practice on a small batch first of course.

Disclaimer: I don’t have any DIB images to check the functionality in the latest version of CellProfiler!
