Data transfer or export to databas

Dear colleagues,
we plan to do a primary high content screening with about 20.000 data points per screening cycle (in toto 200.000 data points for the complete screening campaign). We do not have enough computational resources inhouse and therefore wanted to transfer the images of each cycle to a collaboration partner. The partner would analyze the images by cell profiler software on a cluster. The plan was to generate .mat (merged data form the cluster) files at the collaboration partners site which I should load into our database. There is an export to database command in cell profiler which we tried to use. Unfortunately, we allways get the following error when we try to load the data:

Is there a solution for this problem? Are there other ways to organize such a data transfer?
