Cross correlation analysis .jpg format images

Hello everybody,
I´m totally new with imageJ and I am wondering if ImageJ does any kind of cross correlation analysis of .jpg images. I have frog´s dorsal color pattern images and I want to find out how these patterns are similar to each other or find out the pattern diferences between individual frogs and how much they are diferent.
Thanks for the help!

Hi @Guilherme,

Welcome to the forum. Frogs images are new to me and I guess also to many other users, so maybe you could post some example images? This would help us to give you advise how to analyze your images  Btw. I wouidn’t use jpg to save images as during compression some details inside the images may be lost. You can use png or tiff (with loss-less compression).

Best,

Christian
