Creating fat fraction images from GRE MRI

Hello,

We will obtain MRI images of mice, including GRE sequences, and want to process the DICOM files in ImageJ to create fat-water fraction maps. I’ve found a few papers that mention using ImageJ for this analysis, but they do not provide enough detail to replicate their methods. Does anyone have or know where I can find a method for performing this analysis in ImageJ?

Thank you

Hi @jfrankl,

Welcome to the forum.

Could you link to them here? That will make it easier for a wider range of the ImageJ experts here to help you.

Yes. Here are the papers.
