I have been using CP (2.1.1) & CPA (2.2.1) on Windows PC for a year now, and have made massive progress - they are really cools tools!
The goal is to use the Classifier tool, and my latest issue is the following:
I’m exporting ‘Nuclei’, ‘Cells’, ‘Cytoplasm objects’, as ‘One Table Per Object’ (which finally gives me no errors) on CPA. But, depending which properties file I open (Nuclei/Cells/Cytoplasm) CPA does not fetch all the images.
What is weird is that when I use the ‘Nuclei’ properties, I can fetch all images I want and training etc, but when I try any of the other two, it loads a few thumbnails, and then shows only black thumbnails - as many images as I fetch. When I click on those, an error message pops up:
An error occurred in the program:
Exception: Failed to load coordinates for object key ImageNumber:23, Cytoplasm_Number_Object_Number:122. This may indicate a problem with your per-object table.
You can check your per-object table “Pico2Per_Cytoplasm” in TableViewer
Traceback (most recent call last):
File “cpa\imagetile.pyc”, line 179, in OnDClick
File “cpa\dbconnect.pyc”, line 654, in GetObjectCoords
Can you please help?
Thank you in advance,
