Counting number of nuclei in spheroids

Hello,
I have a sample with spheroids and my aim is to count the number of nuclei in each spheroid. I used the cell counter option but it is time consuming, as it needs manual selection. Is there a tool in image J that allows such analysis?
Thank you.

Hi
@Fatima
A picture would help us understand the situation.

Thanks Mathew
Here is the image and I am trying to quantify the number of nuclei in each spheroid.
image

Why not:
run(“32-bit”);
run(“Find Maxima…”);

// Preparation of the image
setBackgroundColor(0,0,0);
setOption("BlackBackground",true);
img=getImageID();
run("Duplicate...", "title=1");
run("32-bit");
run("Duplicate...", "title=2");
run("Set Measurements...", "area centroid add redirect=None decimal=2");
setBatchMode("true");
setAutoThreshold("Default dark");
//run("Threshold...");
run("Convert to Mask");
run("Watershed");
run("Analyze Particles...", "display clear add");
if (isOpen("Results")) {
       selectWindow("Results");
       run("Close");
   }
count=roiManager("Count");
for(i=0;i<count;i++)
{
selectImage("1");
roiManager("Select",i);
run("Duplicate...", "title="+i);
run("Select None");
run("Find Maxima...", "prominence=3 output=Count");
}
setBatchMode("false");
exit();

Thanks Mathew for your help
