Count invertebrate eggs on an image (crab eggs)

Hello,
I am currently trying to process several of these images to get egg count data. there is a little noise in the images but just wondering if anyone has done something similar.

what you can see in the pucture attached are crab eggs. I would like to be able to count them without the noise and thanks in advance
