Hi, I’m trying to use Coloc 2 to analyse two images (red and green), but I get this exception;

(Fiji Is Just) ImageJ 2.0.0-rc-61/1.52i; Java 1.8.0_66 [64-bit]; Windows 8.1 6.3; 53MB of 5290MB (1%)

Both the images are in 8-bit gryscale.
The exeption started coming up after an update.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!

@sarbar

Let’s see…

  1. Update Fiji once again… there was a new release just made. So update and see if that helps with this issue. If not…

  2. Can you share with us the two images you are using (either upload directly here on the forum or share via a link to a file-sharing platform)? Please attach the original image files and then the exact settings you are applying in Coloc 2. If you are using ROIs/masks - share those files as well. This way - we can try to reproduce the issue you are seeing.

So I updated Fiji again, and I no longer get the exception :slight_smile: Panic averted for now.

Thanks!
