CLIJ Expert System - call for contributions

Dear #clij users,

the next #clij will come with a smart expert system guiding users in what to do with their images. Therefore, I’d like to extract a knowledge base from workflows written by #clij users. The process is transparent, OPT-IN and open source.

You find details on how to contribute here:

Hi @haesleinhuepf,

I’m excited to share usage data, but it doesn’t appear that the plugin likes to parse my usage of CLIJ2 for some reason. It returns a blank text file from a folder containing a macro with CLIJ2_convolve() functions, as well as several push/pull and clear functions (this is the one you’ve looked at before). I have tried putting your clij2 benchmarking macro into the same folder, and the text file that results does appear to parse the CLIJ2_mean3DBox functions (but not any of my own). I’ll include a copy of my macro here.

Hey Tanner @fadero ,

Thanks for reporing this bug! I just fixed it and parsing your script now counts this:

It’s such a pleasure working with you.

Awesome, thanks for the fix! I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t some iD10T error on my end.
