I ran into an issue when writing an ImageJ analysis pipeline that uses both plugins BaSiC and Ridge Detection (from the BioMedGroup update site).
Seems that they use conflicting versions of jtransforms.jar which have different versions of some specific function.
The issue comes up specifically when I try to use BaSiC for flat field correction after the BioMedGroup plugins have been installed.
My current workaround is to uninstall the BioMedGroup plugins when I need to use BaSiC, but this isn’t ideal.
I don’t really understand the depths of the dependency hierarchy that seems to cause this problem, does anyone know who could be notified about this to fix it in future releases?
Posting here in case anyone runs into the same issue since I was able to work around it.
