Changing orientation in BoneJ

Hello,

I change the orientation of the axis for my images using BoneJ-Analyze-Orientation. But the orientation has no option to confirm it such as a “OK” or “Apply” button. So when I change to my desired orientation and then close the orientation window how do I know if the orientation remains before I do a slice geometry analysis?

Thanks,

Kevin

Just leave the Orientation window open while you run Slice Geometry. You will be able to see that the option to use Orientation will be greyed out if there is no active Orientation window. Also, in the results table you will see a list of results that relate to the particular axis pair you have chosen. Orientation can handle multiple open images and will handle different images’ orientation independently.

I updated the user documentation with these instructions.
