Has anybody tried the 3D nuclei segmentation tutorial with version >3.1? For me it works well until I get to the final Watershed with markers module. At this point the image output seems to be uniform for the threshold, that is one watershedded object only. Or I might be missing something?
I’m able to replicate this on my end. It appears to be a bug with the module itself, so I’ve launched an issue for it.
Just to close the loop here, this can be fixed by using uint16 mode in ConvertObjectsToImage- see closed GH issue here!
