CellProfiler 3.1.9 with classify pixels docker?

Hi guys,

am super new to the docker thing and my comprehension of it is limited buuut I know that it enables usage of a software without having to install it on the computer.
I saw there is a docker for CP3.1.9 linux: docker pull cellprofiler/cellprofiler:3.1.9
Does it have the plugins installed, in particular the classify pixels UNET plugin?
where could I find the info?

I will be helped by Anatole Chessel on the docker installation but if there is already one available,… we don4t need to reinvent the wheel :slight_smile:

To my knowledge the ‘official’ CellProfiler docker images won’t contain any additional plugins, it should just be the base CellProfiler installation. That said, it’s entirely possible that a third party may have produced an image with plugins preinstalled. You might be able to find such a thing on docker hub.
