Cellprofiler 3.1.9 errors occur at NameAndTypes Module

Hi All,

I would like to ask how can I deal with the current situation that I once loaded my images into cellprofiler and wanna set the input modules, it pops out the error of KeyError: “Unable to open object (object ‘index’ doesn’t exist)”.

I can successfully create 3 NamesAndTypes modules

But I cannot do it for the last one, ch03.

The last one is for last channel and I checked that the file name should contain “ch03” for detecting target cell body but it does not success. Anybody has ever encountered this problem?

@Wan_Kawing,

If you could share your pipeline, We could help you better.
Ensure that the images you are loading are not from any external disk. Also check your regular expression?

Thanks! The problem was solved. It was due to some characters that did not recognized by the software!
