Cell Profiler to measure fibroblasts growth patterns (e.g. streaming and criscrossing patterns)

I was wondering if there’s a module or function for Cell Profiler to quantify a distinct growth pattern of primary cells like fibroblasts. Like for example we see that one group of cells grows in an even, streaming pattern while another group grows in random criss crossing pattern. Is there a way to measure this sort of pattern or orientation that we see in our cells and do you have any suggestion on how to best represent this type of data?

Thank you! thank you!

It’s possible (though not certain) that some of the existing shape or texture measurements could be used to suit your purpose, but it’s hard to tell without more information. Can you post a couple of sample images?
