Hello everybody,
I am new to the forum and also very new to image analysis, but I was wondering if someone could offer me some help. I have images of mouse retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) stained with phalloidin to visualise the actin filament and therefore to visualise the hexagonal shaped RPE cells (see picture attached). I am interested in analysing the following parameter:
- counting the neighbour cells
- ObjectSizeShape
I already tried to modify existing pipelines but it fails when it come to identifying these hexagonal shape cells.
Any help or advice I can get on this process would be appreciated, many thousand thanks!
