Calculating Cell Size

Hi, I am fairly new to Image J and my skills are a bit rusty so I am hoping someone can help me!

I am trying to calculate the area and longest axis of a certain individual cells in a image. I have attached an example of the type of cell I want to measure (circled in red, cell with nucleus (clear center) and nucleolus (black dot)). I do not need every cell in the image, just a select few. Is there an easier way to do this other than manually tracing the cell (polygon) I want and taking a measurement?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!

You can do this with a particle analysis. If you make a selection beforehand only the cells in the selection are measured, see:

With the Set measurements dialog some optional measurements can be selected:
