Bug: Capture Image does not work

Hi,

today I notice that the Plugins -> Utilities -> Capture image does not work anymore.

Steps to reproduce:
-> Create a blank 8-bit image
-> Apply “Plugins -> Utilities -> Capture image”

Result: ImageJ closes

In the console I’ve got the following fatal error.

#

Is the problem reproducible on other machines?

I’m working on archlinux and using the latest ImageJ version. This problem shows up on any installed imagej setup.

As I know that this command is an ImageJ1 command I would like to ask @Wayne if he has an idea?

Best,
Thorsten

Could you try with Java 8 as well? For me it works with Java 8 on Mac OSX 10.11.

It works with Java6 or 8 on Win x64 by using ImageJ or Fiji.

@imagejan Same with Java 8…

I am having the same error with ‘capture image’, using the latest ImageJ pre-bundled with java8. I’m also on Arch linux.

it works for me with Mac OS X 10.9.5 and Java 8 _077

have a nice day,
Emanuele Martini
