Biovoxxel particle analyzer error : "XStart" column not found

Hi,
while trying Biovoxxel plugins (‘Extended Particle Analyzer’ or ‘Watershed Irregular features’ )
Fiji/ImageJ throws an error:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: "XStart" column not found

Set Measurements options are almost all checked (see below).

Did I setup ImageJ’s Measurements wrong or am I doing something wrong?

'(Fiji Is Just) ImageJ 2.1.0/1.53g41; Java 1.8.0_172 [64-bit]; Mac OS X 10.12.6; 68MB of 16000MB (<1%)

I will look at this next week and write to you asap of I can reproduce the problem and encounter a solution.

Wow, I did not expect such a quick answer :grinning:
Thanks
I’ll try to see how to put the XStart column back on my side.
(Might be related to the latest ImageJ daily release I’ve been using)

That was actually the nice side effect, of solving the problem in the Watershed. Sorry that this took so long, but I could not figure out before that it was related to changes in ImageJ itself. That just became evident due to the error message in the post you quoted.

It’s Ok, I’m glad that it’s Ok now :grinning:
