Dear all,
I am trying to reconstruct a 3D version of an object with a clear image from all angles.
What I have are slices that are taken from the front of that object and those slices are taken at 1mm intervals. 1mm is the smallest possible interval, I cannot decrease it any further than that at the moment. I already found the conversion between pixels and mm and I have already input the voxel depth to get an actual 3D reconstruction.
The problem I am facing is that the 3D reconstruction is only a clear image when viewed from the front. However when I turn the image by 90 degrees, the view at the sides become very blurry.
What I would like to know is if it is possible to get a clear view on the sides or any other angle other than the front?
At the moment I use 3D viewer to reconstruct a 3D version. Are there alternatives to 3D viewer that might be better suited for this?
Or is this a problem that can only be solved by having a smaller interval between slices?
