Associating all objects in image as new object

I’m trying to associate all identified objects within an image as a new object (for measurement purposes)

I already tried using the modules below
IdentifyPrimaryObjects
DefineGrid
IdentifyObjectsInGrid
RelateObjects

And I used the primary objects as the “child objects” and the objects in the grid as the “parent objects”

This worked if my grid had more than 1 column and row. So I was also to group objects within each grid piece. But if I tried to do 1 column 1 row, i.e. the whole image, the pipeline didn’t work.

Does anyone else have any ideas on how to do this?

Hi,

The simplest way to make all objects have the same label is to use the module ReassignObjectNumbers. Choose “Unify” and “Distance” and set the Max Distance to a number higher than your image diameter and you should end up with a single object label.
E.g.: cl.ly/image/0r391Y270e38

Hope that helps!
David

Thank you. I’ll try that.
