Are there any MeasureObjectRadialDistribution module alternatives?

I am trying to quantify the distribution of organelles (GFP+) inside the cells. The cells are labelled with DAPI.
I am trying to see if the distribution of the organelles changes between the WT and a KO cell line.
I am fairly new to Cellprofiler, so thank you for any help and suggestions!

After a lot of trying on Cell Profiler, I cannot find something equivalent to what was described in this discussion from 2014. Could you explain to me a way to measure an object radial distribution inside a cell? Is there something I missed?

I attached a copy of my cell profiler project with an example image to illustrate what I am talking about.

Thank you very much for any help you can give me!

Hi @LauraSavy,

The MeasureObjectRadialDistribution module was renamed to MeasureObjectIntensityDistribution, so that functionality is still available in CellProfiler. The module’s help documentation should be helpful to explain how it works and the measurements you can collect.

Hi David,
Thank you for the clarification. I think I was not using MeasureObjectIntensityDistribution correctly.
Thanks again!
