Any plugin to find cell cytoskleton fibers symmetry? automated or semi-automated

I need to explore if the cell cytoskeleton fibers have symmetry. for example this cell

you can not find any pattern in cell cytoskeletons. but in this one:

fibers have symmetry. or in this one:
image
although they are not mathematically symmetrical, they have a pattern and they are not random.

have a look at the Directionality plugin. Especially the orientation map might be of your interest.

@haesleinhuepf Do you think that is able to work in circular shapes or shapes that start and end of images coincide? The example in the plugin is for a branch.

@haesleinhuepf I downloaeded this plugin and unzipped. It is not jar file like other plugins.

the plugin comes pre-installed with Fiji. There is no need to download or install it.

Thanks for your useful suggestion. Any idea why just some of the colors are shown here? Just those two green lines. How about other lines that are in the image?

Why average directionality is -735.76 while the range of the angles is between -90 to 90?
