Annotation region with all the channels as a TIF file

Dear all,
I’m using QuPath 0.2.3 to analyse some Multiplex immunofluorescence images.
I have annotated all images already and want to export only the image annotation of all images as TIF file. For example, in the following image:

I want to export only the annotation region with all the channels as a TIF file. Is there any way to do that by script?

Yes! You can use this code from the docs, which will export the selected area to a .tif file. Make sure to use the right one (not all of the methods do the exact same thing).

Clarification: Is your intention to get an image where the excluded parts of the annotation are now black background in every channel?
