Analysis of different images with the same settings

Hello,

I want to analysis cells densitiy in petri dishes. I used the particle-analyzer-tool and it worked fine for one image.

The question is: How can I analyse different images with the exact same settings (threshold,…)?

Record your actions with the macro recorder.

Apply the script on all images in a folder, see:
