Add a new file name format in the PlateViewer Plugin

Dear @Christian_Tischer,

how easy would it be to implement the following type of image stack names in your plateViewer Plugin? The file names are automatically generated by our high-throughput microscope and we have 7 possible channels.

Here examples of how the file names look like:

A - 01(fld 01 wv DAPI - DAPI).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv FITC - FITC).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv TexasRed - TexasRed).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv Cy3 - Cy3).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv Cy5 - Cy5).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv TL-Brightfield - DAPI).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv POL - POL).tif

A - 01(fld 02 wv DAPI - DAPI).tif

A - 02(fld 01 wv DAPI - DAPI).tif

For time series we have this format:

A - 01(fld 01 wv DAPI - DAPI- time01 - 0 ms).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv DAPI - DAPI- time02 - 600000 ms).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv DAPI - DAPI- time03 - 1200000 ms).tif

And Z-stacks are like this:
A - 01(fld 01 wv DAPI - DAPI z 01).tif
A - 01(fld 01 wv DAPI - DAPI z 02).tif

I mostly use a 96-well plate, therefore the first two values range from A-H and 01 to 12.

As you teached us, this is not at all the best practice to name files…Therefore I was wondering if it is too complicated to implement in your plugin.

Thanks in advance,
Ana and @FSaltarin
