3rd NEUBIAS conference in Luxembourg - Registrations open

Dear Bioimaging colleagues,

The registration for the 3rd NEUBIAS conference in Luxembourg City , 2 - 8 February 2019 is already open.

NEUBIAS (#neubias www.neubias.org) is a COST Action which brings together life-scientists, microscopists, bioimage analysts and image analysis developers to exchange the newest findings, applications, and cutting-edge developments in Bioimage Analysis, machine learning, data mining, and storage. European Bioimage Analysts, an emergent group within the bioimaging analysis community, organize this event, bringing together an international, interdisciplinary community of scientists in life and computer sciences.

Andreas Girod and Aymeric Fouquier d’Hérouël will be hosting the conference in Luxembourg, which will include a Training School for Early Career Investigators , a Training School for Bioimage Analysts , a Taggathon to continue building the NEUBIAS online resources for the Bioimage Analysis Community. Moreover, the Bioimage Analysis Symposium will be organized from the 6th to the 8th of February, 2019, which will include a new Satellite workshop open for bioimage analysts on the 5thof February (afternoon).

We would like to draw your attention to the Abstract Deadline for the NEUBIAS 2019 Symposium (6-8 Feb 2019), part of the NEUBIAS conference (2-8 Feb 2019), to happen in Luxembourg.

The Abstract (extended!) deadline is closing on November 16th, 2018.

We welcome contributions for oral and posters communications on topics like (but not limited to…) Bioimage Analysis for Life science: Developments and applications, Machine Learning / Deep Learning, Bioimage Data Mining, (Big) Data Storage, tracking and segmentation, open source software, etc…

We also would like to draw your attention to several signature sessions of the symposium, especially implemented by NEUBIAS to foster community networking and innovation:

• Open Source Software Lounge: 3h live demos of open tools
