3D+time registration in Python

Hello,

Turboreg is an amazing tool that allows performing motion correction in 2D+time. Is there any python package that allows for rigid motion correction in 3D+time anisotropic voxels? Or a C++/java library that could be potentially wrap up?

I’ve never used Turboreg, but StackReg. There’s a Python/C++ port of that:

I’ve used it and it works nicely.

Thanks Christian that’s an awesome package but unfortunately the authors confirmed is only working on 2D+time. But Thanks anyway! Happy Reyes Magos hahah !
